THIS spring sees the launch of the Featherlights makeup collection by Kevyn Aucoin Beauty. Geraldo Frazao, the lead makeup artist for Kevyn Aucoin Beauty in London, is a renowned natural talent, especially in blending and contouring. On meeting him, we were inspired to take a close look at the brand, which is available at Space NK.

Geraldo describes himself as an “artist who works with make-up”, with his work having featured in numerous international glossy titles. He was the personal makeup artist for one of the most powerful fashion icons of our time, Isabella Blow. We have featured below some of our favourite products from the Featherlights Collection:

Celestial Skin Liquid Lightening

Celestial Skin Liquid Lightening adds Starlight to its line-up of colours. This lightweight cream and gel hybrid formula can be used to illuminate, or alternatively as a skin treatment primer and foundation developer. Blended with foundation, it achieves an instant radiant looking skin, or if used alone, it creates a wonderfully fresh dewy glow.

Sculpting Powder

The Sculpting Powder in the new shades of Light and Deep has been launched to add an even broader choice of colours to its spectrum of skin tones. This product is key to achieve a sculpted, well-contoured face.

Guardian Angel

The Guardian Angel highlighter compact is a must-have to easily create the strobing makeup look for spring ‘16. With its ultra-creamy texture and lightweight formula, it creates a subtle shimmer, while miraculously blurring lines, creases and imperfections.

Lip Gloss in Candlelight

The Lip Gloss collection has had two additions to their colour line-up – the warm tones of Starlight and Candlelight. With their patented applicator that mimics the look and feel of a makeup artist’s pinkie finger, these rich but lightweight glosses are formulated with vitamins to ensure lips are protected and well moisturised against the summer sun.
